These Terms of Service govern your use of the Essentia Safari website, including browsing our safari journeys, creating an account and submitting booking requests.

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least eighteen years old to create an account or submit a booking request. If you are travelling with children, an adult must make the request on their behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

The journeys shown on this website, including itineraries, locations, durations, accommodation examples and photographs, are descriptive. Wildlife sightings, weather, road conditions and local circumstances vary, so the day to day shape of a journey may change.

We will always discuss any meaningful change with you before your journey is finalised.

Submitting a booking request through this website is an enquiry. You select an experience, preferred travel dates, the number of travellers and an accommodation preference, and we review the request.

Submitting a request does not create a reservation and does not mean your safari is confirmed.

A booking is confirmed only after our team has reviewed your request, checked availability with guides and camps, and approved it. You will see the status of each request in your account and receive a notification when it changes.

Until a request is marked as confirmed by us, no places are held for you.

Prices shown on the website are indicative guide prices per person and are provided to help you compare journeys. Final pricing depends on travel dates, group size, accommodation choice and availability, and will be confirmed in writing.

The website does not currently take payments online. Any payment arrangements are agreed separately with you after a booking has been confirmed.

You agree to provide accurate travel details and to inform us of medical conditions, dietary needs or mobility requirements that affect your journey.

You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance.

Journeys, dates and accommodation are subject to availability at the time we review your request. Camps in popular seasons fill quickly, and we may propose alternative dates or properties.

We may also need to adjust or withdraw a journey for reasons of safety, conservation or local conditions.

All text, photography, itinerary descriptions, design elements and branding on this website belong to Essentia Safari or our partners and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

You may not use the website to submit false or abusive requests, to attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems, to scrape or copy content at scale, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

We work with independent camps, lodges, guides, drivers and transport providers. Where a service is delivered by a partner, that partner's own conditions may also apply.

Our website relies on third party hosting, database and email providers to operate.

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will always be available.

To the extent permitted by law, Essentia Safari is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may add, change or remove features of the website, including journeys and account functionality, as our service develops.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the website means you accept the revised terms.
